Three elderly siblings who slept in their 220sqft flat in Kidderpore with the door and the sole window shut —and had a generator running and multiple mosquito coils burning inside the room — possibly died of carbon monoxide poisoning. Alerted by neighbours, cops broke into the flat on Friday morning to find the decomposed bodies of two brothers while the sister, bedridden and with sores, was barely alive. She, too, died on the way to the hospital.
