Delhi riots: Agencies probe role of external force

The home ministry’s official version that the Delhi violence was “spontaneous” and MoS (Home) G Kishan Reddy’s statement that riots were orchestrated to defame India during US President Donald Trump’s visit may not be as contradictory as they might seem, according to law enforcement agencies probing the sequence of events.
