    The Maharashtra anti-terrorism squad (ATS) on Sunday arrested a convicted cop out on parole and a bookie for the alleged murder of Mansukh Hiran whose Scorpio was found laden with explosive near industrialist Mukesh Ambani’s residence on February 25.
