Spl CBI court hears Jiah Khan suicide case

Eight years after the alleged suicide of actor Jiah Khan, the case came up for hearing for the first time before a special CBI court on Tuesday. The case was recently transferred from the sessions court to the CBI court. The court has directed the prosecution and defence to argue their applications again.
