    Gujarat: Judge recuses self from fire PIL hearing

    The newly appointed Justice Aniruddha Mayee on Thursday recused himself from the proceedings on PIL seeking implementation of fire safety norms, saying that as a lawyer he once defended the state government on this issue before the Supreme Court.
