Manhole-cleaning robot vanishes in GMC rabbit hole

In November last year, Gandhinagar became, on paper at least, the second city in the state after Surat to use a robot for cleaning manholes. However, a year on, neither the Gandhinagar Municipal Corporation (GMC) nor the urban development department has any record of robot use for cleaning manholes.
